    In the Appendix announced earlier today, it states:

    'The Directors are currently addressing the future capital raising requirements of the Company and its strategic direction.'

    The plain English interpretation is as follows: Due to past incompetence, the Directors have been unable to find anyone stupid enough to fund the company. The company's outlook is therefore extremely bleak.
