There is still widespread cannabis use despite it being in plain packaging and illegal.
Neither is nicotine in milk bars and under 18s can't buy smokes - but they still get them.
Plain packaging hasn't stopped cannabis use so why do we think it will stop kids smoking cigarettes?
I have no problem with them giving this a go, but will be surprised if it will make much difference. This whole thing is more about denigrating Abbott, imo, than stopping kids smoking.
However, if it works, great...:) Only time will tell.
