Plaint

I can only find 1 plaint result on the DMP website: http://www.dmp.wa.gov.au/wardens_court/2014WAMW10.pdf
So it seems we are still waiting on the result of their appeal to oppose forfeiture of E47/1797 (Carlow Castle) and 1745, 1746. It seems Artemis was in a catch 22 situation, they didn't spend money on the tenements because they couldn't get a native title agreement to drill then get a plaint for not spending enough money?? In the last announcement 26 June, they state that an agreement has been made with the native title parties and will be finalized in coming weeks, was it finalized? and will that effect the outcome of the plaint? In fairness these things take time and Guy Robertson stated in the wardens court he was frustrated with the slow progress (I think all us holders are too) but an update on the appeal and native title progress and also the CR shortfall would be much appreciated thanks Guy. At the end of the day if we do lose these tenements we still have lots of good ground to drill.
