LAMP has already obtained whatever regulatory approval as required for this project to go ahead ( AELB contrction license , EIA approval , Kuantan City Council , State Chief Minister/his Committe all 100% support the project, I am very sure that they have done their homework before allowing LAMP to be constructed on their land at Gebeng)
Furthemore the construction of LAMP is almost 80% complete.
There is a lot for the Malaysian to lose if this project is refuted at this stage and it will jeopardise Malaysian as a whole as the place for international investment ( high sovereign risk)
LAMP is sure to go ahead
