From Perth, hey. I've heard its a nice part of this beautiful country and price of real estate going up significantly from mining boom.

I read this morning that 3 bedroom homes, i think around Exmouth on WA coast, could have been bought 10 years ago for $80,000 and are now around $900,000

This says something about the supply and demand of Australian commodities, so i think MEO are in an excellent situation
