This is a critical time for management to show maturity and display competence by coming up with a plan (does not have to be explicitly labled as plan "B"!) w.r.t. moving Malta without much relying on opptions being excercised.
More critically, they need to present that plan as a well thought plan, and not a reactive marketing ploy/fluff looking like they are coming up with short term strategies to creating hype to pump price on the eve of maturity of option (and in general leading to any CR). Such marketing ploys only serve to diminish serious holders' and investors' trust in management's competency.
Without a plan (B) with SUBSTANCE, we will face losing momentum if options expire and that will be a waste of the good progress in recent months.
On the other hand, a well though plan (B), will serve as a sign of longer term vision, ensurung indemnity and security even if options risk expiry ... and chances are the market will react positively and may lead to reaching options exercise price (+ needed margine) as a bonus.
Dear Management, please consider this critical time as an opprtunity to perform as a mature company.
