As a matter of interest, Commsec is now warning investors to be very wary of investing in this Company. Thats the information l get on my trading platform. Valuations are all over the shop. A few days ago, Morning Star was giving MXC a fair value of 7 cents. Yesterday, it was down to 6 cents. Talk about sitting on the fence. Has anyone got a clue? Personally l think its way over valued at even 5.2 cents. Too many things dont add up. I doubt very much that even the next 2 quarters are going to produce levels of income to justify a 60 million dollar valuation. Good luck if management think they can capital raise with a tumbling SP and a sceptical market. As for my own circumstances, decisions decisions. Totally convinced sells at 7.5 are not going to be triggered. If l sell all out today, another 23k loss. If l wait another 2 weeks SP could be in the 3 cent range. What a dilemma. The optomist says it has to bounce, but thats not how the market is reacting. The hardest thing to do when in the red is to hit that sell button.
