Even if BHP is the first bid, we dont necessarily need FMG to come over the top with a scrip bid.
How about:
(1) CRM agree to build a rail line to FMG (their contribution to a JV with UMC.)
(2) FMG grant access to their rail on commercial terms.
Over time this option gives us at least a minimum $5 shareprice.
