My first venture back into any financial service play for many years but PLB looks great value.
Think PLB are well placed to benefit from government reform in the financial service sector and also there is likely to be plenty of corporate activity for undervalued plays.
PLB's expansion into New Zealand looks to be gaining momentum and an 8%+ dividend yield looks good as well as a solid ROE.
There are probably many other value plays in this sector as well but have been looking at PLB for a while now.
Not concerned by the recent slight decrease in FUM as global markets were tanking in the early FY.
Appreciate any thoughts on this one.
