This is all fine but you assume two things:
- KZL disclosed everything. Which I begin to doubt because with such assets why would ANZ refuse a refinancing? Even if the refinancing was with such harsh conditions as selling some assets and restructuring to become profitable.
- The administrators wants to save KZL and not simply liquidate it. They have the power now and looking at their "successes" it doesn't looks promising.
I marked this investment as total loss and will only follow to see if by miracle the stock doesn't die.
