I agree with you Rob, if say, the outcome isn't in OUR (RES) favor, then why not just do this?? unfortunately COAL IS DEAD!

We have miss the boat with the coal boom, as well as FP boat trip, again unfortunately I was looking forward too FP's boat trip....now not sure if it will happen.

Anyway, the company now must look forward with an escape plan for US....the shareholders in this company. Even if we get too keep the project, coal is a dirty word for most companies

What would happen, if say the company wins the case, and then the finance falls over again???
