    Cottee is left on the Board as MD. Why remove the other directors then? It is still a Cottee company.
    I think the shareholders who planned to remove board directors have no clue what is coming. First try a share price skidding to the rocks! Then watch how happy the shareholders will be. Then watch nothing else changes because Cottee still there.
    Cottee failed to raise monies for the development of its assets. Its not the shareholders who failed to put up further monies!
