OBJ will not go bankrupt. OBJ will not be finished.

This proposed deal between OBJ & a buffed up protein shake & biscuit purveyor is a blatant "lets try it on them" ambit claim by the board.....& many here are guzzling the Kool Aid. Why so many here just can't wait to sign over their company to the board is astonishing. And make no mistake, if this gets up that is essentially what will happen. There will be no second chances for shareholders after this.

Nothing about this deal is remotely fair to the shareholder let alone makes any compelling business sense.
