Plant arrangement announcements in the past were never preceded by a trading halt. All CR's are. We all sensed APA wanted to exit and there looks to be disagreement between the 2 parties on the best way forward to fix the plant. Although the performance of the gas polishing unit looked promising initially, it doesn't seem to be helping much lately.
While all this is happening, we own a 150TJ/d plant which only produces 27TJ/d. I wonder where the growth is?
