The Infinity guys are now in the board and part of SBL, again if we investigate this now, this would jeoperdise shareholder value.
As you mention pibroch, these sort of investigations takes quite awhile and its very difficult to prove, so I wouldnt mind waiting just a little longer till Dec-ish to see what will play out.
