With the coordinated complaint for ESG, has this helped much with the shareholder value of ESG at the moment? I think this would just put ESG share price in limbo until a solid outcome from the complaint is received.

The circumstances are a little different with SBL as the T/O offer is not voted on yet. We would just need to wait a little longer until Dec before deciding to lodge a complaint if this initial T/O is successful.
