I suspect that Novamatics are using this 'acquisition" to enter the Australian market. The biggest drawback for them is access to the protocols used here for monitoring, X protocol in NSW and QCOM in QLD, these are the two largest pools of opportunity by volume in Australia and they have no access to them. They have solid product in the gaming area but no skills or understanding to get here. The AGI deal gives them access and distribution. I thinks its more a risk for Aristocrat holders. Maybe it makes a transaction for someone like ITQ more realistic
