I'll plan my own Epitaph over my dead body, but if I were to, it would probably say something like "Here lies 5peed, who filled the final gap". SPI futures were rather boring last night, trading in a 38 point range, high being 5799, low being 5761, with a close this morning of 5789, up 18 points, on low volume of 14,083 contracts. Based on that move, my high resistance line is 5821, low support line is 5745, with the pivot point at 5783. The 96 gap I mentioned yesterday filled, leaving gaps on the upside from previous days, at 5801, 5809, 5833, 5863, 5869, 5895, 5903, 5912, 5918, 5947 and 5958. Phew, that's a fair few... Gaps on the downside at 5951, 5739, 5735, 5730, 5718 and a 2 pointer at 5687.  So, it's Friday again, SPI is indicating XJO to be up .34 pct, with the DOW being up .99 pct, SNP up .69 pct, Canada up more, at 1.26 pct (resource driven) and the VIX down 5.58 pct to 18.94. I was surprised SPI futures didn't close higher today, so could be a big gap at the open. Keep your powder dry and don't fire till you see the whites of their eyes. I think the early upper gaps will be taken out shortly after open, but I still have my eyes on those lower ones, but I am net short at the moment as a disclaimer. Have a nice day.
