most media think it started on 9/11 but its not like after 9/11...

most media think it started on 9/11 but its not like after 9/11 muslims started running innocent people over in france hey, I think it started around 2010 with the "arab spring" that gave birth to ISIS and the global spread of terror, like how far do you want it to go back? I mean msulims were suicide bombings jews in Israel in the 1950's, should that be the start of the global war on terror?
As this war on radical islam is not a conventional war, it will be difficult for the historians to put a start date on it, like 1939-1945 or 1914-1918 etc,.... here its very hard to pin point when the war on radical islam started, most will proabably say 9/11/2001 though
