I have previously questioned the motivation for funelling this cash through EM1 by giving Miggster subscriptions to all members, rather than just keeping it. Rather than a marketing tactic I think that this is a deliberate attempt to, as you say, get the money taxed and on accounts somewhere. Perhaps it won't even be sent back to Crowd1, there has been no sign of that yet. 150k+ Miggster subscribers just doesn't stack up when the Crowd1 'world event' at which new products and member payments were being announced only got 20k views. I would question the number of real Miggster members and ask if C1 were just shoveling all of their money into EM1.
