Question the world then, do we need to have night life and night work? only work in the day and problem solved. remember night shift causes cancer. Also design and build buildings that utilises daylight , use mirrors, sky light tubes etc. Take away fancy neon lights, advertisement anything that is not essential. again utilise refraction of sunlight to make billboards
