I think is more than speculation.
Big buying orders suggest insto buying. Maybe positioning for a rights issue incase the Affluent deal fails. Insto would not be able to buy 5m share at 10c on the market but they can in a rights issue. If Affluent deals go through, they will also make a profit, either way they win.
