Can't help thinking if there was to be a negotiated settlement, the compensation amount to FAR would be heavily influenced by the soon to be released JV reserves update.
RISC will know their calculations are going to be closely scrutinised and maybe that's why they appear to be dotting the I's and crossing their T's before the final release. No one is sure how the updated reserves figures will pan out but they could be the trigger, to finalise a settlement or perhaps a move to take FAR out.
