there is a good reason that its a "cloud" ........
in the event of "success" - little FAR will need to come up with 400-500m US$ .............in cash.......
so - a c/note, or 20% discount to market issuance .........say 120-130% of current FPO on issuance .......
in the event of "failure" - funding for 2018 to 1st oil (or perhaps a modest 20-40m cash settlement) ......
mr market will simply wait till that is resolved ..............
