A TSX listing would potentially bring something that CTP desperately needs: Capital. The way that TSX companies fund their operations is significantly different to what ASX listed companies do due to the laws of the country, for example, TSX listed companies have far more ready access to placements, convertible securities, debt (given the prevailing low interest rates in north america at present) and a legislatively different approach to funds management.

I'm not saying it's better- just different. It would certainly come with an increased reporting overhead for a small company like CTP. But perhaps that pain would be worth it if they could access the capital they so desperately need.
