    Just dont forget the US. hedgefunds... when drawing up contracts re finance... when listed on the TSX.
    I believe that some financiers of promising juniors go on to lend out the stock , which is then shorted by hedgies and the Co goes down.... or falls into financiers hands? DYOR.
    But management would be well aware of such things...
    Canada is the centre of the universe for mining funding but...quality deserves quality funding,imo.
