I'm not judging the value of listing on the TSX either, just pointing out that I don't think that RC considers himself bound by announcements or plans made before his appointment.
IIRC the last comment about the listing was that they were waiting for the market settled somewhat, not wanting to go through the listing while the euro crisis was ongoing.
