Think all LNC, CNX, etc. should come to the aid of CXY and make a clear case to dispute the environmental impact...if it proves CXY was at fault then fine them, but to ask them to stop with no recourse to resolve the problem to me sounds far too sided against UCG.
CNX is about to find out whether they can produce 5Mw power and if not I think its time to call in Tony for support...if they can prove it worse than other energy sources by far then fair enough, its been a good try but stop...

Personally I can't and haven't read of any major environmental problems that could rival CSG, OIL, LNG, Uranium, Coal, etc....

I like the idea of investing in something adding to our childrens future and we should be driving to that not disarming it and taking no risks!
