I believe that the Land and Environment Court has most likely been misled either by so-called expert witnesses biased against UCG or else by people who are simply not qualified to act as expert witnesses. I continue to fully support Cougars attempts to win justice through due legal process. Justice must be seen to be done and Cougar must continue to fight on through to the end. If we give up without our achieving true justice for our particular cause then we will see further weakening of our democracy over time in other areas and incompetent and/or corrupt government agencies will take still more power over our lives. But if we win out then it will truly be a historic victory which will bring benefit to many others apart from ourselves.

So what about this democracy thingie then?
