It is a fact that %99 of the legal profession give the remaining %1 a bad name.
Is this 'judge' basing his decisions on the same facts the rest of us are reading, or are his decisions made to suit his benefactors; the party that has been in power for the last long 15 years.
In the United States the citizens vote for their judiciary at election time; seems a cleaver idea to me.
