Planning Approval for Norseman Tavern

Good to see progress on another front to look after the workers.
Planning approval for a Norseman tavern, cafe and coffee shop primarily servicing occupants of a recently approved mining workforce accommodation facility has been granted despite some community objection.The development, proposed for a site previously occupied by a similar business, would include a kitchen, dining facility, tavern, cafe and coffee shop catering to nearby mining camp workers but would also be open to the public.The Shire of Dundas received seven objections to the proposal mainly on the basis it could adversely affect the viability of existing comparable or similar businesses within the town.
