The realities are:
1) not everyone out of a job, or in an existing job, wants to uproot and head to a remote mining project
2) not everyone is suited to the range of work and the work and lifestyle conditions in a remote mining project
3) not everyone wants a job
Its mangled thinking imo to strangle long term projects due avoidable labour and skills shortages.
