The candidates for my next options trade are TLS, BIL, & CSL.
All three are above what i consider to be fair value, and all three are in downtrends.
The plan is to buy a put option in one of these three at the top of their short term rallies.
The preliminary targets (ie. the minimum levels which must be reached before we by the puts ) are $19 for CSL, $4.70 for TLS, and $6.50 for BIL.
Note: Reaching this levels doesn't lead to us immediately buying the appropriate puts- there are other subjective filters based on judgement that must also be considered.
Following this plan should minimise the risk, and maximise the potential return.
More details will be released when appropriate.
