Yes, and I replied this to someone yesterday, ComSec give your bank account details for companies paying dividends, but PLS was not paying a dividend when you bought them and they did not do it (that is MY guess) so when they started paying a dividend there was no trigger (as there was no new share purchase) to put in account details (my guess). I was in the same position and logged into to Computershare (where I have a name and number). You could, perhaps, talk to ComSuper and see what they say?
