I'm sharing my plans for dividends in 2023 (or potentially selling shares), yet to be determined. Considering the business is now clocking at least $800 million a quarter net profit, its time we sit back and enjoy some of spoils.
I was hoping dfs1 would kick start things but alas I'm at it. My project isn't overly sexy, but its a big deal for me.
My initial plan is pay for a large retaining wall, and associated earthworks, at my property. Its nearly 2 m high and goes approxmately 20 m. Costs a lot.
After that I'll be funding a designer for the major renovation. Then I'll payoff a large chunk of the mortgage (if not all of it).
This has been the best financial investment of my life. I'm in my 30s with a young family, and PLS has been a massive help.
