Looks like an interesting proposal to compete with Packer's proposal. I'd like more info on what time frame they are hoping to have exclusivity extended for and what concessions they are willing to give the government in order to get their plan approved.

I wonder if Genting will buy more Echo shares in the coming days/weeks in the lead up to the decision on the competing proposals.
