"the lyc plant is not 100% built yet' said someone?
Are you sure? I tend to disagree if using timelines from the director.
The director announced in early November that the plant would be 100% complete in weeks not months at that stage.
You would think over 2 months after that anns that the plant would be completed?
My "guess" is that the plant is now completed and LYC has requested a tranche of funds ahead of the scheduled date as they understand the POL anns / cabinet meeting, and then commissioning and production timeframes have blown out past their estimates, hence delays, hence more funds required now.
The only real concern is how long will it take to actually get to production, and what are the commercial terms of early release or funds released now and how does this impact LYC and its holders.
