This in my opinion is no longer investing/trading in the stock market but simply a pure gambling...either LYC get the "fully 100% confirmed approval" and the stock could go up by another 5/10% or it will get another delay/extension and the stock would fall to its new low or they wont get any approval at all and the stock would go bust.
