Yes totally agree with this, not sure if its the mums and dads selling up at these low prices normally the big holders throwing a few out there to lower the price to cause a panic I am in the mums group and buying parcels left right and centre, only money to be made here imho and i am very excited about the projects and where they are at, like you said this is well below even without results so only upside here. Whoever is throwing the parcels away at these low prices is doing me a favour. Keep them coming :-)))
