    with the NSW Government taking a bigger slice of mining royalties I would think Government approvals would see an easy passage due the state government fiscal position.

    i will be driving from QLD to Vic in about 3 weeks and will make the effort to see for myself the progress...i have a huge amount riding on this in my super and trading accounts so i need to ease my mind.
