    Permit will happen you just don't want it to be drawn out. There may have possibly been back and forth action the shareholders are not aware of? In saying that the permit maybe announced tomorrow and that would be that!

    Conspiracy hat on: I wonder if JPM are through the payed off politicians trying to negotiate a significant holding in CCU? A way out there idea.
