Ladies and gentlemen let's change the sorry excuse of a plant manager for a real one before we are shut down for good. Can't keep blaming the team cos the managers not up to it.

Control room numbers for downtime in the last six months are scary. Add to the lost production our overheads and contractor costs and your sphincter will curl.

If there's any honour out there COO and acting process manager, hit the road. Just refund us your last six months salary cos no way did you earn it.

Meantime we plod on trying our best to repair the gear for a fifth six seventh time.
