I had posted previously that the holdup was made to hold lynas from putting the USA to any form of shame by getting beaten to production as early as 13 months ago.
Its simple to see now as Molycorp is ready for production.
As a Malay news is as follows:
Starting with the Lynas facility in Gebeng as a test bed, a world-class research and development (R&D) centre on rare earths will be developed through collaboration between UMP, foreign universities and R&D companies.
