rath: I think if you check the ownership of the directors, through their holding companies, the AEB is pretty well secure against a hostile takeover.
it's one of the first things I checked as I am fed up with Australian innovations being bought up, losing the intellectual property to overseas interests.
Further, McChonachie knows a thing or two about securing patents. Look at his background.
