I would think that is just referring to filling and delivery of LNG.
The helium module will take a while to cool down and start to produce. I recall “9 days” being mentioned in an earlier ANN but I’m not sure if that was the startup time for the whole plant or just the helium train. (Anyone know?)
If it is for the helium train then helium production would commence on about 28.09 (9 days after 19.09).
In any case; looking good to soon have a FCL of helium out the gate to impress those looking at a NASDAQ IPO.
