I reckon the presentation last week would have stirred some new interest, but I also reckon that people on the inside may be buying - or advising their friends and family. It is China after all and I bet the insider trading regs are somewhat loose. However, i've only been a holder of SEH for 2 months and have seen the 'we will start production' timeline change about 3 times already. If its not up and running by Wednesday next week then that will be fail number 4. Still, im confident that it will happen in the near term and the SP will get to the 30 - 40 cents range that the 'experts' have predicted.
