If completion is in sight, why didn't they say that. What they did say was whole sections of the plant are yet to be installed and in some cases components produced. This didn't make me feel completion of construction, let alone commissioning, was in sight. There is a reason MT isn't sharing any useful details, because it's not news the shareholders will be happy hearing. Just like all the previous times before. MT won't get another year IMHO, so better pull his socks up and get this thing over the line. Continuing to put out trite like this won't help his cause.
