This terrible incident highlights the extent to which the media and some HC posters are prepared to deliberately or ignorantly distort and sensationalise the unfolding events without waiting for the facts and truth to unfold in real time. It's become a media ratings circus frenzy, all media forums are fighting for a lead story; shamelessly upping the disaster ante on misinformation and pure conjecture.
The facts will come to light soon enough without all the panic.
