plantations on leased land

Just a point to consider.If your plantation is on leased land,like Tiwi Island, then ,it appears, your investment is worthless.This is in spite of the GTP PDS assurance of so called bundling of all timber in the individual projects.
Certainly Gunns will not be making an offer and,I assume the others won't either.Check your Project Certificate.
