The share price is volatile because the company is in an transition phase. I personally did not see the point of the spin off. They got a low price imho and they seemed desperate to flog it off. They could have made acquisitions with debt. They didn't need the extra cash.

Many months and no CEO, no clear business strategy, absolutely nothing, zinc price falling. No wonder it's getting slaughtered.

I will continue to hold until they get someone with vision. If their strategy sux i'm out.
